Attorney General rejects petition for anti-vaccine mandate bill

It has been rejected by the Attorney General for the fourth time

The Ohio Attorney General's office has rejected the petition

The bill meant to ban various vaccine requirements and the sharing of vaccine status

Previously, two applications were rejected in December 2021 and February 2022

Another petition was rejected in January 2022 due to insufficient signatures

According to office, current petition is rejected because the summary was not a "fair and truthful representation ."

It is said that the petition can be edited and submitted again

The proposed statue called the "Vaccine Choice and Anti-Discrimination Act,."
