The discussion on the potential of superhero films is going on for the nomination of the Oscar Awards. The Marvel Cinematic Universe always becomes a major subject of debate whenever it comes to winning Oscar. In recent years, the talks have been amplified further. Marvel’s Black Panther was nominated for Oscar seven times and it won three times. This achievement has made the doubters silent. It also proves that a comic book movie may become more profound around the whole world.

Marvel has started a new chapter in 2021 and thus it is pushing to win more Oscar Awards in the near future. This idea was built by Marvel’s plethora of “For Your Consideration” for the films such as “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings”, “Eternals”, and “Spider-Man: No Way Home”.

The Oscar Awards 2022 nominations were announced by the Academy. Two films from Marvel Studio already got their positions under the Best Visual Effects category. Marvel’s two films Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Spider-Man: No Way Home are nominated under this category. Another three films under this category are Dune, No Time to Die, and Free Guy.

Marvel Studios has officially launched a new poster for the Simu Liu-led film to celebrate the nomination of Shang-Chi. They also revealed a new poster for the film Spider-Man: No Way Home to celebrate the nomination of the film.
